Hayley has vast experience designing brands in the mental health sector in Australasia, with a customer-first focus in mind for the ultimate user experience. She also aims to provide our clients with autonomy with their brand within their business, providing easy to follow brand guidelines and templates.

Hayley Soffe - Senior Branding Specialist

Kylie is a Clinical Nurse with over 25 years in the healthcare sector. This includes clinical nurse specialist roles, management, and project management. Kylie has run patient support programs in the community setting and has been auditing the NDIS standards since 2019. Kylie is a qualified Lead Assessor and NDIS Assessor. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing with post graduate qualifications in perioperative nursing, her APHRA registration and qualifications in Business management and Training and Assessment.

Sherri holds a Diploma of Lead Auditing and is an approved NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission auditor. Sherri has over 20 years' experience as a Freelance Project Manager and teacher in the Human Service Sector, including NSW and Victorian Government. Sherri's experience as a Project Manager includes the Homelessness Action Plan, WIRE and the State Board of Homelessness NSW and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill around policy development and implementation.

Anu comes to us with over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resource Management. Throughout her career, she has successfully navigated various facets of HR, from talent acquisition and employee development to strategic workforce planning and organisational culture enhancement. In addition to her HR expertise, Anu is a certified life coach, blending her passion for personal development with her professional background. Her coaching approach centres on empowering individuals to unlock their full potential, whether in their careers or personal lives. Anu also brings a wealth of experience in business management, particularly in service delivery and customer service. Furthermore, her proficiency in Information Technology and record-keeping systems enhances her ability to streamline operations, maintain compliance, and ensure that vital organisational data is securely and effectively managed. Anu's broad skill set across HR, coaching, business management, and technology uniquely positions her as a versatile leader, capable of driving both individual and organisational growth.
